INUA! was Founded by Francis Ndagize who was born in Uganda from Parents who flee from the Genocide War in Rwanda. While working in Rural Northern Uganda, He Noticed the pain Rural Children, their mothers and girls were experiencing in a War recovering community in Northern Uganda. Children were exposed to all forms of discriminations coupled with disempowerment. On independence day Celebration (Uhuru Day) 9th October of 2023 as he was visiting one family in Orit Parish Agweng sub county Lira District he came across a family whose daughter was fatally raped by rural men celebrating Independence day and her mother threatened not to speak but both the Girl and Mom were left in tears and consoling themselves, When Francis Asked them what he could do to help, The Mother of Cen Doris Said, Help me and uplift my Daughter!!!!,

What we do
We at INUA! We work with Rural Communities and schools in Northern Uganda to accelerate Education opportunities for the Last Mile children and Youths to gain transformative Basic and secondary Education experience from where they are.
We also support schools by Implementing Continuous Professional Development CPDs for Teachers to support students to Achieve Better Learning outcomes.
We are also centered on Preparing mother’s, Women and Girls in Rural Northern Uganda to become self-reliant through social Entrepreneurship and Business to lift themselves out of poverty.

Meet our Team
Francis Ndagize: Founder
Francis is the Founder the team Leader at INUA! At the same time the key strategist for INUA! Programs and fundraising to ensure growth and scale solutions of the organization. Francis is an MBA-Project Management Candidate of Makerere University Business School and Holds Bachelors of Community Based Rehabilitation of Kyambogo University. He has been the Country Director of Deki-Uganda, Senior Programs Coordinator of Educate! Uganda and a Life Skills and Values Cluster Lead of Organizations implementing life skills of RELI-Uganda (Regional Educational Learning Initiative) before founding INUA!
BETTY OKEJA
Betty is a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK and holds a professional certification with the institute of certified public accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). A Certified Accounting Technician with the association of chartered certified accountants of UK. Before joining INUA! Betty has had an industrious career as an Audit Manager with Bawunha & Badebye Certified Public Accountants charged with leading audit teams and delivering on assignments. Betty had a role as an Administrative and Operational accountant with Meridian Africa Airlines (U) Ltd (Air Uganda that enabled her develop keen interest in advising and supervising others and she is multitasking.
Adongo Florence
She holds A Certified Public Accountants Certificate (CPA-Uganda) and Holds a Bachelor’s of science in Economics Degree from the Uganda Matyres University Nkozi. She has worked with Kakira sugar Limited as an accountant and Supervisor Audit. Florence works on our finance and QuickBooks; ledgers makes sure our Budgets Vs Actuals are in line with our financial procedures on a monthly basis.
